ServiceHub is accessed through the Reliance High-Tech verification service. This protects customer, site, and contact data by creating a trusted handoff before a request can be raised.
Direct access may be blocked
If your session has expired, or you open a protected ServiceHub page directly, you may need to verify again before continuing.
Customers are matched to known contact, customer, and site records before a request is processed.
Where a request cannot be confidently matched, it can be handled through an assisted support route.
Authorised internal users can use ServiceHub to search customers and sites before raising a request.
